So when I found myself in a moment of massive chaos and overwhelm, I had to pull out all the strategies and tools I had available to make it out the other end.
Now that I’m catching my breath again, I’m also acutely aware that I’m not alone. Occasionally, we all mutter that ‘Life is hard right now!’
